Cornerstone Actuarial Solutions, INC (Cornerstone) will provide a data request within one (1) week of the signed agreement.

Cornerstone will check data for reasonableness and provide a draft set of rate indications within two (2) weeks of receiving complete and accurate premium and loss data.

Cornerstone will discuss our findings and projections in a personal meeting, by phone or by e-mail to finalize our indications and to determine company selections.

Cornerstone will then submit the rate filing, including all supplemental exhibits within one (1) week of the final selections.

Cornerstone will be available to repond to any inquiries that the Office of Insurance Regulation may have throughout the filing process.

Cornerstone will send the approval letter and final stamped manual pages to the company immediately after approval by the Office of Insurance Regulation.
